Vince Camuto Estate

This gorgeous estate, dubbed the Villa Maria Estate, is located at 615 Montauk Highway in Water Mill, NY and is situated on 15 waterfront acres. Built as a private residence in 1887, the illa itself was extensively remodelled by Brooklyn-based architect Frank Freeman in 1919. It later became a convent and spirituality center, before recently becoming a private residence once again. The building is considered a Long Island Landmak. It was bought by Nine West shoe manufacturer founder Vincent Camuto and his wife Louise for $35 million in October of 2005. They had Andre Tchelistcheff Architects remodel the home.

Bathroom Designing
Hello design friends! Many clients want some direction in
re-designing an old bathroom.. Most of the time they ask to see a vanity! Before you select furniture, cabinetry or
sink vessel, it is smart to have a vision and color scheme in mind. Tiled walls and floor selection is a good place to start. If you are working with these elements already in place than do your best to work within the period or color scheme. Mirrors and lighting can also enhance the entire look a your bathroom just by height and width decisions. Clever use of high quality glass enclosures should also be thought out in your space. Here are some photo's of interesting ideas!
Enjoy your day!

Kitchen Planning
Kitchen and Space deserves hours of research and creative ideas!
The kitchen is the center of the home , where family and friends love to gather!
This post is for many of my clients who are designing their kitchens and asking for white cabinets and request attention to details. Cabinets end panels are now set in to the cabinet and center islands are designed with a selection of different woods and countertops. The exhaust hood is custom designed covering the motor with creative moulding and fronts. Tall cabinets are designed to fit an entire wall. Spacing between base and wall cabinets is at least (21) inches. This visually makes a kitchen appear larger. email me with questions! 702hollywood@gmail.com
