Work load has been the culprit!

So,   Recently was intrigued by the back door  design on older homes.   Many people love the feel of the back yard. Are you looking for a way to make the  back door entrance interesting?   Script a plan, incorporate glass, stone, wood and nature. Lighting accents are important, it creates interesting illusions at dark. Roof lines, porches, symmetry  play a role in the design of the back door!!  Don't forget your potted plants.

Bath Design

Hello Design Friends !  Today we look at  Bath design,sometimes  a challenging task.  When pricing out bath projects I am amazed how the cost of bath renovation has become a pricey ordeal!  Sinks, bathtubs, Faucets, vanities, tile selections and Shower enclosures, not to mention demolition, and  installation calculates to costing higher figures then expected.   Recently, my client was preparing for  a large renovation to her  loft style apartment. Since the bathtub was old and in great shape I recommended a re-glazing process.  This saved the client money and still was able to keep a beautiful old style cast iron tub!The tile selections on market are overwhelming.   From Italian tile with the look of plank flooring to mosaics, marbles, porcelains, quartzite's and natural stone. The choices are endless!

Hello my friends!  Apologize for the time span on my posts.   Design Projects have been taking up most of my time!  Look for  more ideas in spring and summer months!
